매 Primitives (2026 baseline)

❌ 안티패턴
- Roll-your-own: custom XOR-based "encryption" — 매 broken in seconds.

- Static IV/nonce: catastrophic for GCM (key recovery). Always random or counter.
- MD5/SHA-1: collision-broken. Never for security purposes.
